This is a product that I have wanted for years. Eating a high fiber diet is desirably but due to busy lifestyles. It's not always possible until now. It's it's too early to tell. I will help with body composition, but it has helped with acid reflux of which I experience when I drink protein shakes close to bedtime. It also doesn't make it easier to eat less.
